Sacramento - Burt is a silly Shih Tzu, around 2 years old. He came from the shelter with kennel cough, but is recovering well. It sure hasn't stopped him from his nutty antics, making his foster mom laugh all the time. He is good with other dogs and knows basic commands. He is working on crate training. He is neutered, microchipped, and current with vaccines.
