Sacramento - Popeye is approximately a 2 year old Shih Tzu mix. He is very affectionate, loves to play outside and cuddle on your lap as well, not to mention, he loves belly rubs.  He lives in a house with another dog and cat and gets along well with them. He does great in his crate at night but would prefer to sleep on the dog bed next to you. Popeye had to have his eye removed when we took him in. He is getting along just fine now.
