~~Sacramento- Nestor has the most beautiful eyes, have to love the eye liner! We think he might be a Cairn terrier but he is adorable whatever the breed is. He is about 13 pounds and clearly was cared for before winding up in the shelter. He is currently fostered with dogs of all sizes and I think he would be great with everyone. He will be available in a few weeks when he will be neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines and dewormed.
