Sacramento- Yuki is your normal lab puppy. Most people think labs are great family pets when the truth is they are not the right puppy for most homes. Why? Because labs are energetic puppies. The want to play and they mouth and they are big making it all the more problematic. Yuki was purchased from a backyard breeder and the people who bought her quickly realized she was not the ideal lab they had in mind. Since the breeder wouldn't call them back they took her to the shelte r. She is about 3 months old and is beautiful, soft and loving goldenlab. She is also very energetic and a little shy and really could use some more socialization. She knows sit and down and is working on shake, so she is smart and her energy can also be exhausted with mental training. Families with small children will not be considered. She has some resource guarding (food guarding) that we will continue to work with but may need a family willing to continue working with this. We hope that anyone interested in her has a plan in place for providing the proper exercise and training (would suggest if you are interested to fill out the app completely). Labs are amazing dogs, especially when they mellow out (about the age of 5). She will be available 3/27 for adoption. She will be up to date on vaccines, spayed, microchipped and wormed.
