Sacramento- Penny is a special girl. She is 7 months old, but she is different than most dogs. She has a condition caused hydrocephalus (water on the brain). Luckily, it doesn't affect her much except for her big head (with a soft spot) and occasionally she is a bit wobbly. But she plays and is super happy. The vet said she didn't need anything for it, so we don't know if she ever will (common med ication include Prilosec and Prednisone, both are inexpensive). Many dogs can live pretty normal lives with this condition (like she is currently). Penny is 7 pounds and likely a yorkie mix. She likes playing with toys, and her foster sister. She loves snuggles and really is very adorable. She deserves a loving forever family who will adore her no matter if it means she will live 1 year or 14.
