Edgar is a cute mound of extra skin (I wonder if he will grow into it?). He was born after his mom was confiscated in a hoarding case and then given birth to a litter who were all healthy but he had a cleft palate. They tried to care for him but ultimately he came to us to fatten him up and raise. He is confident and social with dogs and people but he can be one for guarding food, so he will need an assertive owner to work on training him and make sure this doesn't become a lifelong thing (and also an owner willing to manage it if it does become a lifelong issue). He was raised with plenty of dogs and kids, so they have had a great start.
He eats hard food but still prefers water from a water bottle. He is a little calmer than the other pups and would usually prefer to snuggle with people than get into trouble. Everyone should expect full grown frenchies to likely be extra in everything they do. Really we are only looking for experienced bulldog owners. Frenchies are a special alien cat breed that everyone think is cute, but may not be for everyone. I definitely recommend any bulldog owners get pet health insurance as they are the most expensive breed to own.
