Sacramento- Felix (and his brother Oscar) ended up at Placer County Animal Services, as the shelter was closing down.  They are pretty different even though, it is clear they are related.  

​Felix is outgoing and affectionate. He will be licking your face clean so hopefully you don't mind dog kisses.  He has a shrill bark- which is probably the worst thing about him (because he is amazing). He lives with, and loves, the dogs and cats at his foster home.  He currently lives with a super dog savvy kid as well, and loves him.  He loves people to be around, and will cry when left alone.  After being neglected for so long, they have learned that humans are awesome and they want to be with you forever.  They are working on potty training, and was just neutered, so hopefully that will help make that an easier transition.  They love to play and are just active and happy boys for sure.
