Sacramento- Wolfgang's mom came from a hoarding situation and he was born at the City of Manteca Animal Shelter back in February. The house was fully of long hair and short hair Chihuahuas. He is one of the larger puppies and also being the big brother comes with an important job of being the boss. He is always ready to try to get his brothers and sisters to play with him. He is shy with new p eople but is so stinking cute!
