Sacramento- Monroe is a super cute 1 year old terrier mix. He is a tiny little fellow, but he loves to give kisses and cuddle. He is only about 8 pounds and likes to play with the other dogs in the home, but his favorite thing to do is definitely to cuddle. He has been great with the children visitors in the home as well.
