Sacramento- Toby is about as cute as it gets. He is about 3 months old and looks like a pomchi. He is fostered with other dogs and loves to play with them. He is a bit shy at first but warms up and loves to give kisses. Not a super cuddler, but he is a puppy. He is learning crate and potty training still. He ended up in a shelter and is now looking for a home of his own!
