Sacramento- Tracy is happy and she makes you happy too with her sweet puppy antics and love of life.  She was born approximately 8/1 and she is a cute and social puppy. Her mom is a ship tzu mix, her hair feels like there is some terrier in her.  She was rescued from Avenal Animal Shelter Friends with her family. She lives with dogs big and small and loves all people.
