Sacramento- Trombone Shorty is basically the perfect dog. He is 28 pounds and built a lot like a basset or dachshund. Owners bought him thinking they were getting a bully, then they cropped his ears and when he didn't grow into a big scary dog- off to Friends of Tulare Animal Services. He is amazing. I didn't believe he was 28 pounds because he is small and super short but he weighed in at 28 pounds. He loves toys, is amazing with other dogs, adores people, is quiet in his crate- I mean what else could you want?! He is super sweet and ready for a home that will appreciate him even for being a small cutie (now with stupid cropped ears). He will be neutered, up to date with vaccinations, be dewormed, and microchipped.
