Sacramento- Meet Pig. Pig is a 4 year old English Bulldog. He is white and brindle and super small for a bulldog (still about 45 pounds). He was taken to a vet to be euthanized for ear infections and a flea allergy. Nothing a decent food and clean conditions wouldn't take care of. So instead he went into rescue. He lived with children, has done well with dogs and cats (although he is a bulldog so doesn't like all crazy energies). He likes car rides and is decently needs and w ants attention like crazy. He will growl and bark to get you to pet him. He made a bunch of non-bulldog lovers swoon for him. We are hoping to find someone who understands the breed, how stubborn they are, their medical needs (like they can't swim, easily over heat, tend to have allergies) and are the most expensive breed to own. I say if you don't have $2,500 a year for vetting, Bulldogs are probably not your thing. He doesn't want long walks but is happy to hang out and be mellow.
