Sacramento- Frank the Tank was bottle fed from the time he was a tiny (not so tiny) baby. Bottle babies are the most socialized and super human centered dogs you can find. He has been raised with dogs (including his sister who is half his size). This cutie lives with dogs, small children and loves everyone. He was born about September 21st and is available now for adoption. Your guess of breed as good as ours. The vet thought he and his sister have to have different dads because their size difference. They appear to be some sort of German Shepherd, maybe Boxer mixes.
